1. Versailles

The period drama set in the 1660s gives us a tiny little peek into the royal affairs of the Spanish kingdom. He innovates and expands his new palace of Versailles leading to the nobles getting displaced from their original place. Will his solution last and the king is free from the threats or is this just a cause to another major problem and severe danger?

It is police, detective and legal drama of French that captures the worst nightmares of the society. With each new season, it brings out the dark side of the world where someone is stabbed, raped or murdered. Will the legal system be able to deliver justice to the victim or will the accused escape from the wrath of the judicial system? After several years of their death in an accident, many of them reappear to the living world and join their family shocking them as they believed they were dead. The horror and drama blends in when many people start disappearing and a lot of “suicides” occur causing the police to suspect the retuned ones. The returned ones each start their own life filled with drama and suspense. In middle of all this the water level in the dam keeps dropping without any reason leaving the engineer scratching their heads. Why these dead people back and what is their aim now? For a nail biting and Goosebumps experience you must watch The Returned especially recommended at night.

5. Un Village Francais (A French Village)

Cast: Robin Renucci, Marie Kremer, Francis Renaud, Nicolas Gob

A world war inspired series A French Village is a delightful watch teaching many ethical and moral values to be followed in life. When a fiction French village is brought under the control of the German the residents are imposed with the German rule changing their lives overnight. While most of them die, the survivors face hard days living under the rule of the Germans fearing for their lives each second. The plot revolves through many characters and their life hurdles during the capture. With each season a year of imprisonment of the residents in their own village is shown. 6. Braquo

A true friend is the one who is the one who is ready to take a bullet for you. When four police men all friends hear about the suicide about their fellow colleague because he was accused of a crime he never committed they are enraged and decide by themselves to investigate their matter on their own to clear the name of their friend and give justice to his soul. In this quest of earning justice, they break a lot of rules of the police law attracting problems to them and creating one hell of an enemy. Will this stop them from their mission nor will they sacrifice everything so that the soul of their friend rests in peace? Have a watch and find yourself getting addicted to it.

7. The Bureau

The life on undercover agents is never easy making sure their personal and professional matter do not mix up. The Bureau is an excellent series for a spy-thriller. When CIA officer Malotru is sent to Paris on a mission it becomes extremely hard for him to stay undercover for his mission and maintain the already broken relationship between his daughter and ex-wife. Things go topsy turvy when his love interest also an undercover agent comes to Paris for the mission. How will he able to manage his personal life and accomplish the dangerous mission at the same time? Do watch the series for all the action and stunts along with a drop of romance.
